New updated timing belt kit including oil pump belt 

new stem seals and valves 

new upgraded Ford timing belt kit and oil pump belt which stops the belt from breaking down ! 

we also over size the engine block by 0.50 we also clean our engine blocks to new condition in our state of the art parts washers we then deck the block turning it into a near on new engine block we also deck the block creating a new sealing surface .
