Lauren and the team went above and beyond organising a remanufactured EcoBoom engine at short notice on a Friday morning. Engine was really well presented and came with a new reseal and some, not all engine gaskets.
Communication can be a little hit and miss, but in all its worth being patient as these guy's and girls offer a solid product. Trust me I have seen a lot worse over the years.

The reconditioned eco boost engine arrived on time and looked clean. The block looked freshly painted, the cams looked in decent condition and it was fitted with a dayco belt so I was pretty satisfied the unit would be OK. I could see it had new gaskets and the sump had been removed and resealed so presumably any necessary internal work had been done. I'm happy to say the engine runs sweetly and sounds perfect, so very happy in that respect.

The most disappointing aspect of dealing with this company was their communication, it's absolutely non-existent. They seem to prefer letting phone calls go to a voicemail rather than talking to customers. That's fair enough but if someone leaves a voicemail message you really ought to call them back. When I did get through to someone I was told I'd need to email my questions through and someone technical would reply. They didn't reply. I chased my email after 3 days and didn't get a reply. I'm giving 4 stars because the product seems pretty good but it was a leap of faith and the lack of response did have me worrying if the item was rubbish I'd have a fight getting my money back.

In summary good with engines, poor with engaging. But with that expectation I'd use them again and it's much better than the opposite of being slick communicators with a rubbish product.

Arrived and engine looked brand new,all fitted and on the move again,all I would say is the communication could be a little better,but that's not a negative. Apart from that A1 engine & turbo supplied and now just need to return my original engine to them.Thank you.

had plenty of engines and never a issue.
