We first strip the engine down into components, We then proceed to deep clean the entire engine, ensuring all water ways, oil and dirt are removed.
Brand new camshafts are fitted the Valves are polished and lapped rocker arms and hydraulic lifters are replaced where necessary , and new stem seals are fitted to a reman cylinder head. We then fit a checked and polished crankshaft on to OE quality main bearings. Brand new Pistons are fitted with new OE quality piston rings and OE quality big end bearings on the con-rods. the engine is then fitted with a new oil pump and pick up brand new sump and new timing cover fully timed with new ford timing belt and oil pump belt
This engine is sold bare sump block head and internals. If you require any auxiliary parts, please have a look on our parts page as we have a variety of used parts including turbos injectors and starter motors. Your engine may differ from engine pictured above.
Engine exchange required with this product and as such a surcharge will apply if your old engine is not returned within 14 days
